1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the File Fortress service ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.

2. Description of Service

File Fortress provides a secure file management and cloud synchronization service that allows users to access, manage, and synchronize files across multiple cloud storage platforms. The Service includes web and device applications that enable these features.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of File Fortress and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of File Fortress.

5. User Content

Our Service allows you to store, share, and manage content. You retain any and all rights to your content. By uploading content to our Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content that you upload, publish, display, link to or otherwise make available via the Service. You agree that we are only acting as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your content.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

In any way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
To transmit or upload any material that contains viruses, trojan horses, worms, or any other harmful programs
To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or those of others
To transmit or upload any material that is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate File Fortress, a File Fortress employee, another user, or any other person or entity

7. Subscription and Payment

Some features of the Service are offered on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis, depending on the subscription plan you select. At the end of each period, your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it or File Fortress cancels it.

You may cancel your subscription either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team. If you cancel, you may use your subscription until the end of your current billing period, but you will not receive a refund for any unused portion of your subscription.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall File Fortress, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
